The company called its 7th AGM on 28th Jestha and endorsed 26.3158% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The 193rd Board of Directors meeting held on 21st Baishakh concluded to distribute 25% shares as bonus worth Rs. 1 Arba and a 1.3158% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 5.26 crore.
